Product Details

DOA high plasticizing efficiency pvc

Application Guide:

1.DOA is the typical cold-resistant plasticizers with high plasticizing efficiency. DOA Plasticizer color changes slightly when heated. It is suitable for PVC, EVC, polystyrene and synthetic rubber resins.

2.DOA Plasticizer can make downstream products soft even at low temperature, having good light-resistance and hand-feeling.

3.DOA Plasticizer is usually been used with the main plasticizer DOP and DBP for the production of cold-resistant agricultural thin film, frozen foods packaging film, coating layer of wire and cable, artificial leather, board, outdoor water pipe, etc.

Why Choose us?

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is one of the most widely used plastics in the world. The global plasticizers manufacturing market was worth $93.76 billion in 2019. It is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 4.4% and reach $111.38 billion by 2023.

Rising demand for flexible polyvinyl chloride (PVC) contributing to the growth of the plasticizers market. Flexible PVC is softer than unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) due to the addition of plasticizers. Increasing demand for flexible PVC material in various end-use industries, drives the demand for plasticizers.

Phthalates plasticizers are the most commonly used plasticizers due to easy availability and low cost. However, the strict regulations on using phthalates plasticizers is limiting the growth of the plasticizers market. Lots of companies are moving away from phthalate plasticizers as the number of studies reveal the health effects caused due to the use of phthalates plasticizers.
