EPOXY FATTY ACID METHYL ESTER
1 . Product introduction：
Epoxy fatty acid methyl ester (EFAME) is a kind of plasticizer with epoxy groups in the molecular structure. In PVC resin processing industry, EFAME not only plasticize PVC, but also stabilize the active chlorine atoms in the chain of polyvinyl chloride. The epoxy groups in the structure can absorb hydrogen chloride degraded by light and heat, thus preventing its decomposition .
J108 has high epoxy value and can play the role of stabilizer and prolong the service life of PVC products. J108 has excellent water and oil resistance, and is also a good auxiliary stabilizer. Experiments have proved that J108 can play a synergistic role with metal soaps and organotin stabilizers, and its stabilization effect is more remarkable.
J108 can pass the test of 16P, ROHS, 201 SVHC of EU REACH standard. Therefore, it has been widely used in modern plastic industry.

6. Comparison of J108 and DOP's processability
Epoxy plasticizer is a good PVC plasticizer. It can endow the product with good processability, like orientation stretching, tensile strength, hardness, etc. Some of its performances are even better than DOP.
