Product Description 
Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer is a kind of free-flowing powder form superplasticizer, as a universal product, designed for applications of flowing mortars with universal and special cementitious binders.
Composed of polycarboxylate ether copolymer, its main chain anchors on the surface of cementitious binder particle while the unique comb structure as side chain stretches in the water.
The combination of electrostatic force and steric stretching effect imparts low water demand and high flowing ability to mortars.

As a universal and economical product, it is recommended for production of flowing mortars with normal and special cementitious binder system due to the following characteristics
- Super water reducing effect for cement based material applications
- Low dosage compared to traditional water reducing agent
- High dispersion, fluidity and workability
- Improvement of early and final strength of cement based system

Dosage and handling
It should be dry-blended with the other dry ingredients at a minimal dosage of 0.1% to 0.3% by total weight of cementitious components. The actual dosage should be determined through suitable tests prior to production and application. 
Packaging and storage
A. Standard Packing: In 25kg paper bags inner with PE bags
B. Big Bag or other special packages are possible on request.
 Not more than 12 months under condition 5-35 C, dry and cool. Prevent direct sunlight, moisture and be pressed for caking. When it is more than 12 months, it still could be used if there is no caking.
Handle with care to avoid breakage when moving. Keep from moisture when transporting. This 
product is non-toxic, non-irritating, no-combustible.
