Recognizing sound governance as our cornerstone, we optimized structures and strengthened risk controls to navigate volatile markets. Our comprehensive ESG framework systematically identifies and addresses risks and opportunities, underpinning long-term growth and social responsibility.
As an environmental technology enterprise, we embrace our duty amid escalating ecological challenges. We pioneered new technologies and sustainable raw materials, driving green industrial transformation. Market and regulatory demands spurred innovations, including our bio-based plasticizers: the benzene-free J388, bio-based BFBP900A1, and eco-friendly BIO-770A.

Responding to global energy transitions, we align with national green initiatives through technological innovation. In Q4 2024, we commenced trial production of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). Through partnerships with entities like BP, we are expanding globally, aiming to reduce aviation emissions and advance clean energy-a challenging yet commitment-driven path toward industry-wide sustainability.

Annual ESG Practice Highlights
Pioneering Green Transformation to Support Dual-Carbon Goals ：
As a trailblazer in China's eco-energy sector, Jia'ao Enprotech actively pursues green transformation and sustainable development. In partnership with Honeywell, we established a 500,000-ton annual capacity biofuel production base in Lianyungang, Jiangsu. This project is projected to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 1 million metric tons annually, advancing the practical application of clean energy and facilitating low-carbon transition in aviation. Through accelerated construction of the Lianyungang Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) production line, our products meet international quality standards for export, expanding our global footprint. Concurrently, we actively develop domestic applications for biomass energy, aligning with national environmental policies to drive industrial progress.
Furthermore, our strategic collaboration with China Marine Bunker Co., Ltd. promotes biomass energy adoption in marine fuels, jointly supporting the shipping industry's dual-carbon objectives while fostering environmental protection and sustainable development. By enhancing product eco-efficiency and economic value through technological innovation, we continuously explore partnerships to optimize biofuel performance. These efforts provide robust support for optimizing China's energy structure and achieving carbon peak and neutrality goals.
Establish Green Manufacturing Facilities, Advance Low-Carbon Business Practices：
Building Green Factories and Promoting Low-Carbon Operations We place high emphasis on adopting green and low-carbon business models, actively driving the green development of its production facilities. Zhejiang Dongjiang Energy Technology Co., Ltd. has been deeply involved in green factory construction, covering the entire business process from design and construction to manufacturing, R&D innovation, and product sales. Dongjiang Energy strengthens environmental management and resource allocation optimization in accordance with green factory standards, achieving maximum resource efficiency and clean energy consumption. In response to China's dual-carbon goals, We actively encourage and support carbon reduction initiatives. Dongjiang Energy has participated in formulating the "Jiaxing City Carbon Inclusive Emission Reduction Project Methodology for Using Waste Oil Products as Fuel (JXPHCER-08-001-V01)", actively organizing carbon reduction efforts to contribute to regional emission reduction targets, promote circular economy development, and build a green low-carbon society.
Developing Eco-Products and Optimizing Designs：
Adhering to international standards including ISO 9001 and ISO 14000, Jia'ao Enprotech maintains rigorous quality and environmental management systems. We develop and produce novel low-carbon solutions – including eco-plasticizers, stabilizers, and biomass energy – all certified under EU REACH and validated by SGS testing.
This year, we successfully launched three innovative low-carbon products:
- Bio-based, benzene-free plasticizer J388
- Bio-based plasticizer BFBP900A1
- Bio-based eco-plasticizer bio-770A
Designed for versatile applications, these products are being progressively introduced to the market. They outperform traditional petrochemical-based alternatives in environmental safety, plasticizing efficiency, and material compatibility, creating new technological and market opportunities for the plastics processing industry. By enabling resource conservation and eco-friendly practices, they contribute to building a sustainable society and drive industry-wide green.
