2. The weather resistance is better. Since many plastic products have to be used outdoors for a long time, the service life of the products has a great relationship with weather resistance. Alkaline lead salts of phosphorous acid or sulfurous acid, cadmium soaps, organic tin compounds, etc. have good weather resistance. But pay attention to the common use of alkali and titanium dioxide, it will turn black under the light.
3. The processing type is better. The barium-zinc stabilizer should be easy to disperse evenly in the resin and have good compatibility with the resin. Non-stick roll. Metal soaps have good processability and lubricity. Dibutyltin in organotin has good processability, but maleate esters have poor processability and are easy to stick to the roller when mixing, so a lubricant must be provided for this.
4. No precipitation, migration, no migration from the resin mixture to the surface of the product and precipitation on the surface during processing. Adhesion to the surface of the processing machine produces corrosion and uneven plasticization of the roll. Calcium and barium in metal soaps are prone to precipitation or precipitation. Alumina dioxide, silica gel HST, triphenyl phosphite, and anionic or cationic surfactants can inhibit the precipitation of PVC stabilizers.
5. Good electrical insulation is required. In transparent formulations, good transparency is required. Non-toxic is required in non-toxic formulations.
